Grades 3 and 4 at St. Dominic are transformative years, as students become increasingly independent in reading and autonomous in their thinking. Playful, uninhibited and eager to learn, the students begin taking ownership of their learning and realize their potential. Our teachers structure their assignments to help enhance this natural transition to independence, and to engender good study habits and an appreciation for deadlines.
In the elementary grades, students learn not only from their classroom teachers, but from the specialized instructors who teach Technology, Spanish, Art, Music, P.E., and Library.
